Internal Promotion Examination
To enable its members to get fair and transparent Internal Promotion Examination which enables the examination to be free from any bias by enabling the employees to actively participate in the examinations.
Grievance handling committee
Shall exert effort in order to enable employees to receive appropriate and satisfactory for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd level complaint filed.
Shall make various social services to be fulfilled to employees;.
Ensure if various trainings organized by the Airline are implemented in accordance with the training policy in force, and also ensure if employees are selected on a fairly just basis. Shall enable Union leaders at all level receive training on the union administration conflict resolution and collective agreement negotiation.
When Employees get suspended the union shall participated in the concerned committee in order to ensure employees get fair justice.
Shall organize legal and social counseling service to be provided to employees;
It shall conduct meetings on a timely fashion with the concerned officials of the Airline in connection with the resolution for the personal basic affairs of employees. Shall supervise their Enforcement.
For employees whose contract is terminated unfairly the union shall pay subsidy money regularly and handle the litigation in court proceedings by hiring an advocate.
